Data Privacy

Each organisation we work with has its own separate database which is secure, private and is backed up on a regular basis. You own your data and a backup of your database will be provided to you, should you choose to cancel your subscription.

Travelyst is cloud-based software and can be configured to integrate with your business, receiving enquiries directly from your website, producing branded professional documentation and emails and adapting to the business processes and rules you have developed. The implementation team will guide you through the configuration.

Technical Support

A dedicated support service is available to answer any of your technical queries and is included in your monthly subscription. In addition, our highly trained support staff will make periodic site visits, at no cost to you. This allows you to work alongside someone who understands your specific business requirements and with whom you can build a professional relationship.

Implementation and Training

All you need to start using Travelyst is a computer and an internet connection. That’s it!

Once you sign-up, we’ll create your own private and secure Travelyst database and website and our implementation team will engage with you to configure Travelyst to your specific requirements. This configuration includes email configuration (including signatures), integration with your company website and setting up all of the documents and email templates required. Any existing data to be loaded into Travelyst is also identified and a plan devised to load this information.

Travelyst ensures that knowledge of the system is easy to acquire with minimal hassle. This is done via an extensive library of easy-to-follow training videos and a dedicated person-to-person technical support service.
